Rare Protocol is the open source framework powering web3 apps like SuperRare. I led the protocol team and expanded the product line into a suite of apps for creators and collectors, along with the $RARE token.

While owning strategy, design, and delivery, I wore every other hat needed — financial modeling, marketing, vendor management, regulatory navigation, and developer docs.
New models
I designed Creator Staking, where fans back creators with tokens and share in their success. We shipped this new social-finance distribution model before similar patterns appeared widely.
The app features a live creator discovery feed, with game mechanics that reward spotting emerging artists early.

I conceived and built Rare Rewards — a meritocratic revenue distribution system that routes platform fees to the artists and collectors driving the network.
